Watch My Home Services include, but are not limited to:

Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly home visits:

• Check interior and exterior of property for signs of unauthorized activity and report to appropriate authorities
  
  
• Check front doors for door hangers, newspapers, notes, etc that may be evident to others
  
  
• Pick up mail from mail receptacle
  
  
• Check all exterior doors and windows for security
  
  
• Check interior fixtures and appliances
  
  
• Test alarms, smoke detectors, lights (both interior and exterior), timers, and replace batteries, lamps, etc as needed
  
  
• Test all water fixtures; garbage disposals, toilets, faucets, etc.
  
  
• Check for visible water leaks
  
  
• Check interior temperature
  
  
• Check water heater and water heater drain pan
  
  
• Start Automobile
  
  
• Check home after power outage or storm
  
  
• Check for insect or pest evidence and damage
  
  
• Prepare for arrival (turn on water heater, heat, AC etc)
  
  
• Arrange for additional services
  
  
• Check landscaping for any needed attention
  
  
• Check pools and spas
  
  
• Take digital photos of property
